Introducing Casa Oliveira, a T1 flat-roof module that pairs clean architectural lines with a warm, textured facade. A weathered stone-effect panel and a band of dark vertical wood cladding frame the entrance, while a striking corner window wraps around the living room, drawing in light and framing the surrounding landscape from two directions at once. The result is a home that feels both minimalist and grounded, at ease in a natural setting.
Built from three module units and totaling 42.14 sqm (33.8 sqm usable), the layout flows naturally from a dedicated dining and kitchen zone into a bright corner living room, with a private bedroom and bathroom completing the plan. Warm-toned Granorte flooring runs through the living, kitchen, and bedroom areas, while the bathroom is finished in durable Tarkett click flooring. Fibo wall panels bring texture throughout: a natural oak-look accent wall anchors the TV area, olive-green panelling adds character to the bedroom, and grey stone-effect panels line the bathroom, all set against soft white Fibo panelling and a marble-effect kitchen backsplash for a cohesive, elevated finish.
