Pedra de Petra T1

Introducing Pedra de Petra, a serene T1 retreat that pairs soft, sculptural render with the raw beauty of natural stone. The module's dramatic sloped roofline unfolds into a striking travertine-effect stone volume, accented by warm wood cladding and a hand-crafted geometric screen that catches the light. Full-height glazing across the living area and bedroom dissolves the boundary with the surrounding landscape, opening onto a generous wraparound deck.

Built from three module units and totaling 42.14 sqm (34.1 sqm usable), the interior unfolds into four connected zones: a bright living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, and a spacious bedroom. Cork flooring from Granorte grounds the living area and bedroom in warmth, while a complementary cork tone underlines the kitchen. White Fibo wall panels line the living area, kitchen, and bedroom, and the bathroom is finished in a deep olive-green Fibo panel for a bolder, spa-like contrast. An open threshold between bedroom and living area, framed by discreet built-in storage, keeps this compact plan feeling airy and connected throughout.
